Prayer Time

We join in prayer on Wednesday evenings in the Sanctuary at 6:30pm. Write your requests on the prayer board and get a prayer guide to help you as you pray. During these days with so many needs among our church family and in our world; it's a good time for God's family to gather to pray.

We will be having four weeks of special services in August at both 10:30 am and 6:00 pm in the FLC. 

Be in prayer for our church to catch the fire!

PNC Sunday Summer Schedule

Sunday, June 14th:  Last night of Spring LifeGroups.

Sunday, June 21st:  Father's Day ( no pm )

June 21 - July 26th:  No pm activities.

June 24 - July 3rd:  General Assembly in Orlando, Florida.

July 19th:  TNU's "Everpraise" leads Worship, with Pastor Mike speaking that morning.

August 2nd:  All church family picnic.  ( 5:30 - 7 pm, details coming )

August 9th:  Renewal & Revival Services - Dr. Mark Barnes speaks at 10:30 am & 6 pm.

August 16th:  Renewal & Revival Services - Dr. Jim Bearden speaks at 10:30 am   & 6 pm.

 "LifeGroup News"

Get connected and join a LifeGroup.  The new semester begins again in September and runs up to Thanksgiving time.  Stay tuned for more info.

Going Deeper   in the Fall   Begin praying about what you would like to do in the Fall to grow deeper in your faith.  Sign - ups begin soon.  The new semester begins Sept. 13.  Your options will be:

1.  LifeGroups:  Start your Fall with a commitment to be a part of a LifeGroup that meets on either Sunday evening or during the week.  Consider having a LifeGroup in your home with others in your community.  

A Facilitator Lunch / Training meeting will be held on Sun., Aug. 23rd from 12 - 1:30 pm in Room 410.  ( More details will be coming )  

2.  Bible Study:  This class meets in the Choir Room from 6 - 7:15 on Sunday nights.  Pastor Dewey Wise is the teacher of the study.

3.  "Truth Project":  This will be a dvd driven class with discussion.  It meets at Pastor Mike and Beth's home on Sunday nights from 6 - 8 pm.  ( Pastor Mike and Beth will facilitate. )  A time of fellowship is included in the time allotted.  ( There is only space for 12 in this group. )

4.  "Financial Peace University" by Dave Ramsey.  This will be a dvd driven class with discussion.  Jim Frias will be the facilitator.  ( We need to have 10 to sign - up in order to have this class. )  Due to the materials provided and the requirements of the class by the Dave Ramsey company, there is a cost or $93.00 per couple ( or an individual person ).  The cost needs to be paid with sign - up and we need a decision by August 1st.

 If you are interested in any of these classes / groups, fill out the Bulletin insert in July with your first and second choices.
